a) One of the characteristics of a blog is the blogspot can be easily read by public when thepeople know the adress or link of the blogger. Next,the blogspot can be updated when the user want to update his blogspot
b) Three advantages of blog is people can read and share information about have been type by blog user. Nextly,we can use blogspot as our diary or the place that we can tell or share to the people. For example we want to share the story about our life to others,so we can write at blogspot. Then, we can have more friends when other user of blogspot want to follow our blogspot.The disadvantages of blog is we actually don't know who's read our blog, so it maybe dangerous when we tell people what ourself. Secondly, the blog can be the place for people who want to share their own idea or propagate their religion. It maybe dangerous for the readers who read that blogspot and not all the readers are above 18.

The process of developing a new system will have to follow a strict order of a cycle called the system development cycle.The activities in this system development firstly is planning.In planning it must review project requires.Analysis is the second process in the system development cycle.Which is it must context pull monary investigation before developing a new system.Thirdly is design for the nem system.To make a design the team must know that their design acquire hardware and software if necessary.Lastly is implementation.Implementation process must be develop programs if necessary. Then install the new system to know the system is better with the process of the new system.Then convert the new system to replace the old system.
